Choice provides great customer service. Raleigh always goes the extra mile for our family and is always there to answer questions. I've been a customer for nearly 30 years.

Someone mentioned they delete their reviews and I can see why. Total nincompoops. Signed me up for what turns out is a terrible plan (I moved in from out of state). Long story it cost me thousands and tons of time and effort to sort out - on my own - and if you complain they will simply just not pick up the phone. Had to literally drive to their office to get out of my plan. I guess they thought if I can't contact them I can't cancel, or if they don't talk to me on the phone I cease to exist. All they do is browse websites of major insurers. Every other agency has access to the exact same offers. Definitionally replacement level service and they WILL mess you up. Unapologetically so. Go literally ANYWHERE else

They deleted all their reviews. Once again posting that I had an odd interaction with this insurance agency. I was shopping around for an insurance broker, all of whom gave me a quote. I reach out to this place and Jake said that i'm not insurable. I reach back out to clarify why when they work with the insurance companies that have given me a quote before. They ghosted me. Did not reply or anything whatsoever after following up. Very bad experience. Worse customer service. Look elsewhere.
