I worked with both Ray and Ben. Words can not describe how professional they are! They exceeded my expectations in finding the best quote, assisting with claims and reimbursement. They have made the process seamless start to finish. They have a great team and I would recommend all new clients to them. Used to work in insurance so from a B2B perspective they are on it! Writing this as a customer I was very grateful to have been recommended to their agency and would 100% recommend them to anyone in the future!

Unprofessional Service. The premium I received was much higher than the contract premium quote. They didn't take actions to fix it or give a clear explanation. I emailed and called them many times in the next two months and was only told that they were working on it.....I had no choice but canceled the insurance. But even after I canceled the insurance, they still didn't refund me based on contract premium. I emailed again to ask for correct refund but the partner just simply said "There was a human error and it just happened"......

The BEST insurance agency. They have been taking care of our personal and business insurance and we couldn't be any happier. Any question we have, we call up and they always have an answer! again, could not be happier.
