Just want to say I have been using Allstate for 22 years and have never had a bad experience with anyone in the office. Rich Pacheco has been my go to person!!!! He is the best. Always happy to hear from me no matter how many times I call and he is always a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this office.
I do 6month policy. Thing where fine prior to Budhwa take over. Upon my renewal my 6 month policy jump to what adds up to be almost $3000.00 yearly. With my first renewal payment being $600 from me pay 190.00 month, I requested a lower deductible of 234mntly on prior policy. I paid so far $400. $200. Now I'm being told I owe $485. I'm need to get a new policy fortunately .
