Cheney Insurance

I was with Cheney for almost 13 years. This summer I requested coverage on an additional recreational vehicle. I thought this would be a routine addition. I simply got an email 2 days after the request for pictures saying they could not cover it. No explanation, no phone call. I ditched them and went with State Farm who met all of my needs and then some at lower rates. I was very surprised by Cheney's response given my tenure with them. I guess 13 years isn't long enough to be considered a valuable customer. I had zero claims with them and paid promptly the entire time.

Worked with Bobbi this year to set up insurance for my guiding service for the first time. She was amazing and very patient with a first timer and all my questions. She brokered a great policy and I'm going into the season with considerably more peace of mind than I'd otherwise have without a great policy. I recommend Cheney without reservation to others who are considering insuring their business services.

Holly is amazing! I threw her a bit of a curve ball with needing some immediate coverage and she hopped right on it with a smiling, professional attitude and got the job done! Excellent job, thanks again.

Cheney Insurance provides excellent customer service! For the 11 years I've been with them, I have always appreciated how easy it is to communicate with them and get answers about my policies. But this year, they really were watching out for me. When my mortgage company failed to pay my homeowners insurance premium in a timely fashion, they first contacted the mortgage company to get payment, but also reached out to me so that I would be able to pay if the mortgage company didn't make it in time. Their customer service saved me from possibly having my policy dropped due to lack of payment. THANK YOU!

We just bought a house in Maine and worked with Holly @ Cheney Insurance. She was super responsive, clearly knows her business and I wish we could use them for our insurance needs in MA. Can not recommend Holly enough.
