Terrible company. Save your money and time. My auto insurance was triple the price through this company. They give progressive a bad reputation. They are incredibly rude and not helpful. A person was added to my insurance through this company without my approval. They never call you back like they say they will. When I tried to cancel my policy with them they made it a huge ordeal. I ended up just calling progressive itself and they canceled my policy for me within minutes and sent me a refund. This is a terrible company.

I want to say that Rosa is an asset to your Insurance Company. I was with her at her other agency and she goes beyond 100% to take care of her customers. She is very kind and attentive to her customers needs. I am glad that I have her as my agent. Kudos to her. She sure knows her insurance and the needs of her customers. I will always have her as my broker.

There so professional they take there time to help you to find the right car insurance. I recommend this company

Just dont care for the way you get treated there and the way you get talked to.i can say this is my second year there and after this year I will not be going back to them unless they get someone upfront that treats people a little better because the attitude I got I did not care for and really felt like saying something but I dont even work there and felt I handled it with a bit more of a professional attitude than she did.all thought like I said I did feel like giving it back.but imo they are horrible with prices and people skills.
