Not professional and not helpful even though they get paid for giving you the service. The old man used to nice but i think he need to retired now. Because he have no patience and being rude to people quickly. They can’t keep there promises as time not matter how long you wait for them. The girls take the call for any reason l; they respond like robots. “ tell me your message, someone will call you back” but never get a call back in this life. I would never go again and I will never recommend anyone. Also I had 3 policies with them i will charge to another broker.

Don’t be fooled by 5 star reviews they tell their friends or family members to write it. These people are ROBBING THEIR CLIENTS !!! They gave me a very expensive quote to begin with which other brokers said is absurd. They robbed my deposit money where they were suppose to give me 3 payments back but they only paid 2 even after I showed them all the receipts THEY DENIED IT . They did the same thing with my friend and ate one of his payments too . Also the lawyer inside took $150 from my friend to fight a tlc ticket which he never responded too and my friend ended up paying $500. Save yourself the trouble and find some other place. Honest review .
