One of the employees met me at the door asked.me.and my husband what they can help us with my husband said car insurance the lady look at us like we were speaking a foreign language. She called another person to come out front and she did not have much positive to say she couldn't help us until Monday..i felt profiled.

I wanted to use them so badly. They are right around the corner from my office. I have a very successful law practice in downtown Lawrenceville. I called and was promised a call back. Nothing. I sent a request for a quote online. Nothing. Finally, I got connected to their Athens office through a Cincinnati Insurance Adjuster. I requested a call 3 times. I guess Trey only wanted to email? I don't really know. Finally he called me at 8 o'clock PM. I requested a quote for 3 different types of insurance. He then sent me an application for a 4th type I never asked about. I was so fed up that I walked to the local Lawrenceville branch and asked to work with someone there. The people were LOVELY.
