Monica was beyond amazing and helpful. She saved us over $400 on car insurance compared to who we had and other companies. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in terms I could understand. As I went through the paperwork to e-sign I had to reach back out to her at least 4 times in under an hour and she responded immediately and helped me with every snag and question I had. Monica was amazing to work with. She helped me get the lowest auto quote compared to other companies. She answered my questions and went above and beyond to address my concerns. My follow up call with Chase was nothing short of amazing. He called to confirm the details of my policy and answer any questions I may have had about the policy. He was great to connect with, and it feels good to know that I have an insurance agent that knows me as a person, instead of a company that just treats me like a number.

My experience with Griff and State Farm was a great experience. I had just been notified of my former household insurance agency that they would no longer would cover me, due to I was presently living in Florida. When I called your company, and spoke to Griff, I explained my situation and he went right to work assuring me he would be able to insure my house. The cost is right where I needed it to be. I had paid for the Household Insurance for 1 year. She quickly and efficiently took care of refunding the balance I had not yet used. Again,great service!
