Charlie Pelt - State Farm Insurance Agent

I had just bought a used car and needed insurance immediately. I went to four other companies and they were either closed or had moved or employees were out of the office. I was heading towards the tag agency and saw the State Farm building off the main road. I went inside and was met by Josh Moore. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He actually called to check on me personally. My former insurance companies never did that. I am very impressed and happy with my choice of companies.

Kris Yasinski was my State Farm agent that assisted me with renters insurance. I already have auto insurance with the company. At first we had some glitches in receiving my online policy (probably bc of my limited technological ineptness) but Kris hung in there and worked with me in getting me the information that I needed. He went above and beyond to make certain I received his immediate attention and was a really great agent to do business with! He seems to be a great guy who is knowledgeable and professional, yet, also has a wonderful personality!! Reach out to him for any insurance needs!! Debbie

I first would like to say that Matthew went above and beyond. Because of his persistence is the reason he got me to change to your company I have been with State Farm before in the past and I thought that the pricing was not suitable for me. However after speaking with Matthew the informed me of driver forgiveness and accident free policies. I like to say that Matthew was very professional and he answered every question I had regardless of what it was about the insurance. He also seemed very excited about getting me as a new customer as well as me being a new customer I was very excited also it was all taken care of in one day and just over a conversation over the phone.
