Sometimes we write reviews without giving businesses the opportunity to do their job. We forget that they too are human beings, with many customers whom they need to work with as well. We somehow want things to get fixed from one day to the other. Well, my request and petition was answered, heard and worked on in the time appropriated to that particular policy out of the many the agency has. They handled it with diligence and most of all honesty. The representative told me if you pay this amount of money you will get your coverage for this long. When, I looked at the primary insurance website it was not what was discussed with the rep. I immediately called and the rep told me to relax that she would fix things with the company. Very overpriced, was charging me for an insurance I did not approve of and refused to cancel it. Wanted me to pay $500 for 3 days of insurance that I had never approved of to begin with. I had to pay it because Patricia said she would send it to collections which would ruin my credit score. Very bad communication and was not helpful I do not recommend at all.

Nataly was great the entire time I was a customer...the problem with that office is miss communication with the clients ( turn and burn ) once they get your business they won’t ask for you until they need to rebuke your policy again..I had a horrible experience with my Homeowner policy I don’t wanna write pages and pages .. I just switched to Geico. Someone with better customer service . I won’t use them again

They have been charging me for the unit I sold in a condominium and I keep calling them and ask them to cancel the insurance for what I don’t own anymore, they just say we take care of it but it has been a year and they are still charging me. Now I have to cancel all insurances I have with them. They are expensive and taking advantage from their customers.
