I have been with Charles Gough with State Farm ever since I purchased my first vehicle almost 10 years ago. The service has been unmatched and you will not find better. The staff, to include Alexis and Kristin have always handled things efficiently and immediately by email, phone, and in person. Charles is so personable and has always taken the time to check in on me and my insurance needs. I literally bought a new car yesterday and called them and they had it switched over in minutes. It was the easiest part of the process. My rate also did not even go up much! And, I must say, when deciding who to go with initially, they have always provided me with the best rate in town consistently. Kristin, with Charles Gough, remembered I wanted to switch my insurance at the beginning of the next month and called promptly. We got everything handled smoothly. The whole process was so easy, she made sure I had everything at my fingertips to get the State Farm app so I could do anything I needed online. She even waited patiently on the phone while I setup an account and logged in. Less expensive with better coverage and the ease of making it happen! I couldn’t ask for better service. I didn't personally speak with Charles Gough regarding me establishing auto insurance with State Farm, but I would like to give praise for KRISTEN BAKER, customer service rep. Kristen was very helpful and patient as she guided me through transitioning from my previous insurance policy holder to State Farm. Her replies were prompt and despite the tons of questions I had for her, she welcomed more. I would like to thank Kristen for her dedication and professionalism throughout the process.
