Charles Cromer: Allstate Insurance

My husband and I were customers for years before Charles Cromer bought the franchise. When my husband passed away it took several months to get them to stop sending my husband mail. I changed insurance companies because of the lack of respect. Now more than 2 years later they have started to send him mail again. What does it take to stop this nonsense? Please respect my wishes.

We have never filed a claim. Like everyone else, we want excellent coverage with lower premiums. How many times have you heard this??!! Maybe you can cut me some slack. I have 3 vehicles and 3 motorcycles. The good thing is I know that I can depend on you when needed.

To be honest, the only time I check pricing for my homeowners policy is when it's time for an escrow eval each year. I check to see if my insurance is higher than the previous year, in which case I would have to do a buy-down on my escrow to keep my mortgage payment the same for the coming year. If it's too much higher, then I'll be shopping around for better pricing. (And I am not interested in bundling with auto because my car is now 13 years old and I only have liability on it).

I have been an Allstate customer since 1980. Every time I have checked rates with other companies, Allstate has remained cheaper or competitive. Given the service I have received at the Nicholasville agency, regardless of owner, it has made me feel protected and cared for. There is nothing more I could expect from an insurance agency.
