I have had Chalmers for over 15 years. Angela at Chalmers, my current agent, and Shauna before her, are both amazing. It's nice to receive personal care. Previous insurance companies I have done business with, just send a renewal notice with no interaction. Or if I needed to file a claim, have me call a 1800#. Not at Chalmers. My agent reaches out when my policy gets close to renewal, checking for any updates. Also when I've needed to file a claim, my agent walks me through the process. She also listens to my needs or concerns and explains in a way I understand. She will review my policy against other options to ensure I have the best coverage and rates that meet my needs.
