Hats off to Chad Davis and his staff. Anytime we need anything they are there for us. Whether we have just a question or to add or drop anything from our policies they get right on it and have it finalized ASAP. We just had some minor storm damage from an isolated storm. We called Chad on a Monday evening and he came right out the next morning to assess the damage and worked with us to get everything figured out with what was best for us. It was finalized within 2 weeks. Chad and his staff are amazing to work with and just a call, text or email away. We are not afraid to call with any concerns or questions we have about any of our policies. Thank you all for taking such good care of us. We switched to Chad Davis State Farm after being treated with indifference by another State Farm agent in Kirksville. Our daughter recommended Chad's agency, which helped her with an insurance problem, though at the time she wasn't insured with them. That positive interaction led her to switch her coverage to Chad, as did we. This agency and Chad's amazing staff always make you feel appreciated and valued!! We have been insured with them for several years and could not be happier.

I’ve had coverage with Chad Davis office for over 20 years . The service I have received has been tremendous and his staff is #1 as far as I’m concerned ! Chad and his staff are in contact with me to update me on any changes or reminders to keep everything up to date ! When I call they are there ! If you want to not have to be concerned with anything I would highly recommend Chad and his professional staff ! Most companies seem to be more interested in making the sale today and forget about the service afterwards, I can promise you, I have never had problem and wish I could have Chad and his staff train a few other organizations that I do business with !
