Chad Atherton - State Farm Insurance Agent

I was so pleased with the attention Chad gave me while we reviewed my home and auto insurance. He was very patient to go over details and listen to my concerns. He saved me about $500 on my homeowners with more coverage than I had to reflect the increase in value of my home. I would give Chad a 5 for customer service.

St farm is going down hill. Chad and his agency are not. Sorry guys but ya can't step it up any more. You guys have a very high standard and it shows! Amazing service! Amazing agent and front office staff. If you have any questions they will know the answer. Plus they have that personal touch style. If Chad makes a mistake, Chad will be up front with you and admit it and make it right. If it's at farms mistake, he will work on fixing it. No run around or filling you full of crap. Thank you Chad! If it wasn't for you guys I would have left st farm after decades with them. Thank you guys so much!

Caelan was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgable. Its rare to find someone who genuinely seems to care for their clients the way she does. Would definitely recommend working with her!

Chad is great. Every time I call he is able to help with whatever problem or question I have. He is always willing to look at our policy and help us save money where we can. I’ve had StateFarm since I began driving when I was 17 and I’ve never been disappointed.
