Not sure why any company would go to the trouble of generating a quote and then not respond to customers inquiries. I have emailed them and called 3 times. Each time I was told they would return my call. Emails and calls have not been returned. With customer service like this, I certainly will not do any business with them. I would have absolutely no faith in their ability to assist me if I should have a need after purchasing a policy. I have way better things to do then wait for a response from them. No thanks.
