Amazing service, prompt response and clear communication. I personally had superb experience with them. It’s obvious that they get paid by insurance companies, and not by people like us who files claims. I don’t see anything wrong in it unless a person really wants to pay for the adjusters out of pocket. Certuse is really doing their part quite well, but your overall claim experience depends on your insurance company. If your insurance company is cheap and not willing to pay appropriately for your claim, I don’t think Certuse can do anything.

Unfortunately, we had storm related damages to our home. Fortunately for us, Grant from Certuse was assigned our insurance claim and he was excellent throughout the process. He communicated exceptionally well, answered my questions in a timely manner, and was a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend them given my experience.

Apparently my property, was at fault in the automobile accident. Thankfully, I'm out of the hospital, and gaining strength. This means I won't be laying down any longer. The worst outfit of snake oil salesmen, I've been forced to transact business with.

Do not let anyone from this company in your home in the event of a loss. They work for the insurance company and are paid by the insurance company. Do not trust them ! If allowed - zero 0 stars
