By far the best in the business. Not only is Erie a great company (we have used them for the last 10 years) but the guys that work at Celtic are amazing! Anytime we have needed anything they are right there ready to help. We check prices every year and Erie is always at the top in savings. I highly recommend this office to anyone that needs insurance!

I've used this place for years. The gentlemen in there were more than welcoming when I was buying a policy. We ran into one issues in 4 years, they needed important paperwork and information. Which was given to them in a timely fashion. I quickly learned they are not good with paperwork. I got married last year and attempted to change my last name with them on 4 separate occasions, they never changed it. My policy was under my maiden name up until I went to State Farm. The important information they needed and received was never faxed over to the proper people. They ended up dropping my policy due to their errors. I had no insurance for 10 days unknowingly.
