Have been using the team for many years. Always good advice and, when renewing our home insurance, and competitive prices.

I cannot recommend this company due to my frustrating experience with their condo insurance process. After receiving a quote and paying the premium, I was bombarded with additional questionnaires and requests for photos—while I was on vacation. When I tried to get clarification, my agent was unresponsive and unable to answer my questions because she had never written a policy with this company before. Despite multiple follow-up calls and promises to return my calls with answers, I never received a response. The agent later claimed to have called me back, but my phone records show no such attempts.

Great price. great reps. No hassle. Polite and prompt... Hannah is a excellent celebration representative! Friendly and worked hard to get things rolling for me!
