I cannot rave enough about the customer service from Shannon Lair at CDL Associates. Eight (8) years ago, I was paying WAY TOO MUCH and Shannon encouraged me to let her take a look. I am forever grateful that she did. In addition to auto insurance, I also have my renter's insurance with Shannon at CDL. Did you ever think that a local agent doesn't make a difference? When my apartment burned down in February 2025, I can assure you that having my business with CDL Associates made a world of difference in navigating my total loss.
