This place is awful. It took me months to find out a gas station’s insurance information. When I was given the information, I called and spoke to a Janelle Olsen who seemed very gracious over the phone. Then sometime later, Claudia Fallon calls me SCREAMING. First telling me everything I presented was “alleged”, that she wasn’t an insurance agent but a “broker” (even though the signature on their email says “insurance agency”), and then continues to berate me! This is classically called INTIMIDATION. This is disgusting behavior. Disgusting. A simple situation apparently happened - an attendant at a gas station called GAS TRAC put unleaded fuel into my diesel tank. Fine. Fix the damages. It’s their gas stations that are FULL SERVICE.
