What a beautiful asset you have in Abby McBryde! I sent an email late this morning, she called me shortly after that, called Medicare, conferenced me into the call so I could give her authorization to assist me and, once she had that, she told me I could remain on the phone but indicated I didn't have to. I opted to hang up so she said she'd call with the information I needed. She called back within a few minutes with very good news! An incorrect code was used and the doctor's office will send in an updated claim with the correct code. That means, I don't owe what they indicate!! I cannot express my appreciation enough and, even before I sent the original email, I was carrying no anxiety, knowing CBI65 is there to help me.
