Dani was great, followed up on a previous communication to my mortgage company. It was in regards to my wind insurance where the mortgage company claiming that I did not have though it was previously sent by Cavik Insurance. Dani followed up with the mortgage company directly and got in writing the confirmation that it has been updated and any reimbursements will be provided .Dani would follow up within two weeks after this to ensure that all policies are up-to-date, records are up-to-date, and I am reimbursed appropriately. I am very appreciative for the attention to this matter with my mortgage company and Dani’s immediate follow up with them directly and the resolution.

Cannot recommend Cavik and Ms Shannon highly enough. I was referred to Cavik by another satisfied business and boy were they right. I had been searching for a quote online and that process was painful, inefficient and sterile. Frankly, they seem to not want to help.
