I recently had the pleasure of working with Ryan and Isaac from Catie Walther State Farm Insurance. Our goal was to review my current Auto and Renters policies. Our phone appointment was on time, they were easy to reach, and they were quite friendly. They were patient while answering my questions and explaining my policy details. Ryan and Isaac were able to tailor a policy to my specific needs. Needless to say I am now a State Farm customer. I was able to save money and I found them incredibly knowledgeable. I recently called the office to inquire about the defensive driving course. I was greeted by Olivia and she was more than helpful. She answered all my questions and even sent me a link for the course which included a code so I could take the course for free. Pretty cool to say the least. I would highly recommend this office for your insurance needs.

We purchased a new car yesterday and had to switchover our insurance. Isaac is normally the associate we have dealt with but at the time I called, he was in a meeting. Kelly immediately stated that she could help with what I needed. I have to say, Kelly was very courteous and professional and had everything done for us pretty quickly with all the paperwork, ID cards, Policy info etc. If there were 6 stars she certainly would get one! Kelly thank you for your help, you made our day so much easier!
