Casey Hill - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recently relocated from the east coast to Sherwood and already had State Farm insurance and needed to transfer it to a local office. Maddie at Casey Hill office made the transition so easy and she is so extremely friendly! I really appreciated them making this a smooth process during a move that was very stressful. I also appreciated the insight to some great local restaurants!! :) Overall, every interaction with them has been very positive with very fast responses when I have questions! Definitely recommend!

Casey and his staff are top notch! Whenever i have needed ANYTHING they are there for me. I have been with them nearly 20 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Having some issues with home owners coverage. Every time we call to try and get answers we are always told will have a response/update within the hour, but we have never been called back. Have had to call multiple times to follow up over the last two weeks to continue to try and get answers. Still zero progress from State Farm and their underwriter. Severe lack of communication and customer service. Underwriter is being unclear about what they want and refuse to provide more info on reasonable amount of time. Will be looking elsewhere for insurance.
