I think there’s been some confusion. I have never visited this business in my life but about six months ago I received a bill from them for a substantial amount of money. I ignored the first but another came a week later. And then another. With each subsequent letter the tone became increasingly threatening. Late at night I receive strange phone calls from an unidentified number that sound as though a man is breathing heavily into the receiver and in the distance a great and terrible machine is at work on its nefarious business. I fear the day approaches when I must venture to the dread place and follow this narrative to its end. Really great letterhead on mailings though. Lot of care clearly went into them. Extra star for that.

Went here three weeks ago to get a quote for my fish hatchery, prized sturgeons, mind you. The quote was reasonable and had a 30 day waiting period. They sent me home with lasagna that was out of this world. However, I found a dead fish in my hatchery today, which is odd.

Was referred by a friend so I felt like I was in great hands. Upon arrival, I was asked if I wanted my top off. Confused, I decided to just go with the flow. Turns out, tops off is the way to go! Such knowledgeable staff who really know the ins and out of this crazy thing we call life... I couldn't give 5 stars because my lasagna was cold.

I parked in one of the two designated spots equipped with a "For Insurance Customers Only" sign. Went in and spoke with the agent and received a VERY high quote. Was in there fifteen minutes, and my car was towed! The receptionist was very kind, though!
