I don't understand what went wrong. Larry was great, at first, over the phone. He seemed helpful and knowledgeable as I sought a policy for my property in California. He requested about $1k in things I had to do in order to qualify. I did the requested things, submitted verification/photos for said things, and then he just vanished. No returned calls, texts, or emails. So I'm out about a thousand dollars, still without a policy, and I got ghosted. And I have no idea why.

My husband and I were in need of a new insurance carrier and Nick was wonderful to work with. He got us the policy we wanted and worked with us every step of the way. He’s been very responsive and thorough.
