The voicemail message quotes the Bible... Philippians.. I believe. Do not be anxious in anything.. but trust in the LORD... it's supposed to be based on your income to make insurance affordable to anyone... After a bike fall.. and the rep stating on the phone Friday. He would have the needed CT scan approved... Upon making payment and asking for help... Over a week later. And still no scan approved or scheduled... Thankfully for me, the Lord and word they quote to sound honest and make people trust them.... That Lord watches over me. And my head is healing... Yet, with no help from the supposedly great insurance I thought I had.. may God bless y'all with better and actual affordable health coverage, or the blessing not to need it. Because with this company or AM BETTER... I was sent home

Went to see about getting insurance to provide for a family business's employees, spent considerable time speaking with Brett Carter about everything he needed information wise. Communication starts getting lazy and unresponsive. Then after finally having enough of the unacceptable service I was receiving, I emailed about the lack of service and his response was that it was due to COVID. I explained that quotes may be delayed, but that communication is still something that can be utilized. I had previously offered to speak over phone, email, txt, and meet in person to discuss possible options for the employees. I received barely any communication and that is not COVID related. I told him it was a flimsy excuse, and no less than roughly 30 minutes later, he emails me that he cannot help me.

The staff were super helpful and Brett got me insured for under 75 a month. Health dental and vision highly satisfied with their service! I recommend them to all.

They speak my Language, they have a REAL interest in your needs, they Explain the coverage, No BS, Not trying to sell you something you don't need. They saved me $800. Per month. If you don't talk with them, your not getting the most. Tommy Roberson
