Worst experience with a company ive ever experienced, office manager Suzy was just awful. They added on someone who doesn't even live at my house or attached to my house and claimed it was my fault. She would not even let me talk but just kept talking over me and after talking to someone else, this could of been resolved much easier and would of kept my policy. Now im with Geico. Stay away from this place, you are not appreciated one bit.

Jessica was very efficient and knowledgeable in taking care of our insurance needs.
