Carol Millsap - State Farm Insurance Agent

I was thinking of moving my multiple insurance policies to Carol Millsap insurance. Even though she may be a little more expensive it is good service and back-up that matters. Both my daughter and niece used her agency. Notice the past tense? Recently my niece was rear-ended in a collision. I watched as first Carol was out of town and unavailable that week and then the adjuster deciding that my niece was at fault. They said she was at fault even though she had come to a full stop and looked both ways before entering the intersection and the impact was on her rear fender. She was hit on the rear fender hard enough to send her car spinning through the intersection and through first a fence then a yard and into the house. I’ve been doing the business with Carol’s office for about 30 years or longer. I’m pretty sure I’m Carol’s oldest customer or at least one of them. Obviously, I started and stay with Carol for a reason which is that she is an excellent person to do the business with. I cannot see myself transferring to another office. I’ve not been the resident of the town of her business for about 15 years and I’m still doing the business with this office and her. So, it says it all!

I find Carol and her staff very responsive when I need guidance or help in the insurance world. They are skillful, on top of insurance trends, and incredibly kind and friendly along the way.
