Carmen Ezzo: Allstate Insurance

Important to note: I haven't filed a single claim in the 10 years I've had Allstate Insurance, so this review isn't based on the process of filing a claim. It's based on the repeatedly good customer service I've received from Jason during this time. Initially, I had a bundled auto and home policy, and now, I have a bundled auto and multiple landlord policies, including an umbrella policy, and I have always gotten clear, helpful, and considerate information from Jason, whether on the phone or in person, on how to reconfigure my policies due to changes or concerns. Recently, after seeing how much my premiums increased (thanks, capitalism!), I updated my deductibles from $500/policy to $1,000/policy, so I will be saving over $300/year (in total, not per policy). I made a great choice switching to Allstate. I couldn’t refuse with the quote I was given, it was the best in the market with better coverage. I feel comfortable with my decision.

Since I've been with Allstate Insurance I haven't had any issues concerning claims ect. I love the quality of service they offer, and the professionalism of their staff. I am very pleased to have them as my Insurance company.

The staff is not very knowledgeable of there policies discount offers. I was informed of savings but I was not given them. I called and was informed of savings for automatic payment but I didn’t receive it. I was informed after “my” third call I was not eligible for the savings until after my renewal next year. But as licensed agents they should of known that before telling me that when I signed my contract. Even when the adjuster came out he submitted information that was inaccurate and I corrected the information; which made my policy going up slightly I am okay with that. But the other money differences in the dollar amounts and savings didn’t reflect on my bill. All they do is shoot you a bunch of numbers that really only makes sense to them not the policy holder. Carmen Ezzo Insurance makes getting home, auto, and other insurance very convenient. They greet you by name when you call and almost everything can be done online. Their rates and coverage are very good compared to most other insurance agencies. Unless something changes, I will be a customer for a long time to come.
