Good local people who Care, Can't beat the value they offer to protect our Family. Only advice is to double check your policy we didn't realize we had. Zero dollars for medical for either of our vehicles and it is so little extra cost I don't understand why it wouldn't be added by default. Thanks

We recently moved from Pennsylvania to South Carolina and while shopping for insurance Natalie was able to not only get us a better price on auto and home insurance she was able to get it quickly. Two other agents took a day or longer while Natalie had a quote and had us signed up in the same day. She explained everything to us and even helped us sign up with the app and made sure it worked.

The agency I dealt with for years was bought out by someone new. My policy got cancelled and the agency not only wouldn’t give me a courtesy call about it, but actually said they aren’t obligated to do so. It’s obvious they don’t care about their customers, as they were adamant they didn’t need to call me. I’d rather deal with an agency that is willing to pick up a phone call to help a customer.

They are always very cooperative letting me know what policy would be good for me. Allstate has always been there if I need anything.. you can’t ask for anymore then that..
