Carmella Larkins: Allstate Insurance

Probably the worst Insurance Company I had to deal with. Calling directly to Allstate or doing the business on the App was the easiest. Dealing with the company was Impossible. They added on Renters (I own my home). When I wanted to cancel service they didn't cancel immediately. They required me to provide proof of coverage somewhere else... That's NOT up to the insurance company when I cancel my insurance or what i have insurance on! This company is a rip off! Do NOT USE THEM! Warning! Be Warned!

This is the first time I have ever had dealings with your agency. In the beginning, when I first signed up, it was a hard go. I almost canceled just as soon as I signed up because of the issues I was having to deal with. I had no insurance coverage for over a week because of the messed up paperwork due to an employee leaving the company and not doing her job. I had to call in multiple times to get that resolved. Then on top of that I was charged a good deal more than what I was quoted for what my prices was going to be. Now that all the kinks seem to be worked out, I will give the rating a 7 out of 10. There is still some room for improvement.

I called in earlier today and Jose answered right away — he was polite, professional, and very helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood. It’s not often you get that kind of friendly, attentive service over the phone these days.
