I have been a Client of C&C for about 6 years and I’ve always had wonderful experiences. My agent, Karl, is very communicative, always happy to help when I have a question. When I had to extend my renter’s insurance, Karl was sure to carry over my policy so I would Not be left a day without coverage, even though there was an overlap in my leases. Karl’s emails are consistently timely and professional, but keep that boutique personalization that makes you feel heard and respected. I have never once been up sold on a policy. It is clear they have my best interest at heart. I have referred many people to C&C, as a sign of my faith and trust in their care. I’m thrilled to be working with such a reliable and reputable company. I look forward to working with them for years to come.

Have had the pleasure for a few years now of having them setting up and putting together my rental insurance policy. I have not had a single bad experience with them and they were very understanding of the short notice i gave for an update to my policy for my most recent move. Dealing with Tripp at Carlson & Carlson has been hassle. I was recommended to this company by a colleague who used them for his wife's wedding ring. The initial interaction with them was so so. They were responsive but lacked detail in their correspondence or calls which I thought was odd. My policy lapsed for due to a billing systems error of Chubbs end. When I reached out to Chubbs to get the policy reinstated they directed back to Carlson and this was the response I got..... Hi Jamie, I apologize for the delay. I have spoken with underwriting and they would like me to quote additional lines of business such as Renters, homeowners, or Auto if they are going to allow for your valuables to be covered..... I’ve worked with Karl at C&C for the last several years for comprehensive insurance and truly feel like he always has my back. I’ve had to file a couple claims over the years and the whole team there is always very responsive and helps me through the whole process.
