Robert has been so professional with me throughout the whole ordeal of moving from another agent in VA that had my policies completely messed up. I really appreciate the customer service focus and attention to detail. Even when Robert has additional questions, Mr. Godinez stepped in with additional facts to help me understand some of the delays. He and Robert offered solutions which I needed to ensure I was in good hands. Pun intended 😉. Robert kept me informed all along the way with a calmness I really appreciated especially when time was of the essence for me. This life insurance agency failed to communicate information request from the underwriting. This resulted in the life insurance policy to be canceled and filed as incomplete. Several payments have been made to an inactive policy. I worked with Carlos Jr. on this policy and I am deeply dissatisfied with this agency.

I wish to give no star at all, but then I couldn't write my review. For months after moving overseas this office is ignoring emails about our car insurance, which they charging our account twice and we asked to explain. No answer, got a lawyer and contacted corporate to hope to get answers and our money back.

Carlos is the KING of State Farm if you ask me ! That man is patient, caring, & understanding of individuals with financial difficulties (myself). I called in such a panic, but we ended the call with such RELIEF & an affordable auto coverage. Carlos Thank You! I will recommend this company and this INDIVIDUAL to anyone in the world.

Had a good experience with the agent and staff, they presented their products very well and answered any questions or concerns I had.
