Worst experience ever ! My daughter is 20 yrs old new driver and we called to get info on the dollar a day insurance ! The receptionist was very rude she answered the phone like if she was home just said hello , I thought I had the wrong number so I asked may I ask who I’m speaking to? She said what do you need ? I replied I’m looking for some information on the Medicaid dollar a day insurance and what are the necessary documents I need to bring ? She flat out said “$185.00 money order ,Drivers license ,insurance card and car insurance proof . And she then hung up . I thought maybe she was busy and was very brief over the phone . The day has come when me and my daughter finally have the documents we get to the office and not even a welcome to the office ! she says have a seat, what are yo

HORRIBLE SERVICE! CAROLINE AND MERCEDES DID NOT HELP WHATSOEVER! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE. I CALLED TWICE IN ADVANCE TO FIND OUT WHAT I NEEDED TO BRING TO CONTINUE WITH THE INSURANCE & I PROVIDED EVERYTHING THAT SHE TOLD ME! I TOOK OFF WORK TO COME IN TO BE TOLD THE CARDS SHE TOLD ME TO BRING, WASN’T THE CORRECT CARDS! & THAT “I SHOULDVE KNOWN WHICH CARDS ARE CORRECT”…. NOW COMING IN PERSON WAS JUST WORSE , THEY DID NOT MAKE MY MOTHER AND I FEEL WELCOMED, WE CAME IN SAYING HELLO SHE TOLD US RIGHT AWAY TO HAVE A SEAT NOT A GOOD MORNING OR HOW ARE YOU?!
