We were greeted with a smiling face and a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. Mrs. Lindsey was on time for our appointment and she was very Friendly, Professional and so Helpful. She listened to my needs and she was very knowledgeable about the different insurance companies that would work best for everything I needed and for what would work best for the medications I am taking. It truly puts your mind at ease when you know you have someone who is willing to take the time to work with you and to be there if you have any questions, concerns or issues. Lyndsy is so thorough, helpful, and willing to answer your questions whether it be during the application process or after you’ve had your policy in effect for several months. She will not cut corners when explaining the plans and works hard without pause to make sure you've got a good grasp on the policy you’re thinking about. I also love the fact that she’s only a phone call away and available when needed for questions and concerns for anything to do with your plan at anytime. She knows the plans like the back of her hand and we’re fortunate to have her in the industry and in our area.
