Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield

i was planning to buy an insurance plan for my family. but it gives me hard to find more information. i have composed message in my account but never received an answer, and i tried calling customer service support no one can give me answer, they only transfer me to automated system asking me for information and didn't provide any detail of how i can buy your insurance plan, but only explan what benefits i have with you. i am not asking any detail about my self but im just asking how I can buy for my family. this is really frustrated so i think i give up and looking to buy insurance plan from somewhere else. I have this insurance plan because my employer offered, if I have a choice I would not select this company. Sorry to say that but it’s my honest review.

Horrrible customer service, if you are an individual paying out of packet forget iit!!! shop elsewhere.. was put in hold for over 15 min then I hang up! Don’t do it! Shop elsewhere…

If you have federal coverage you are ok with this company. Otherwise pray or go through the exchange and find someone else! They don't care to pay for anything. I have dental and health and I'm afraid to get sick until open enrollment comes around in February! Just praying to God we don't go into debt with this worthless insurance company!

One of the worse insurance I have ever had No Custumer service person to talk Billing issues If you can pay little extra go with someone else Time =money Saving 10-20$ doesn't worth it for this worthless company
