Cardinal Insurance LLC

I’ve used Cardinal Insurance on multiple properties & autos since 2006. Helene hits & they’re completely unreachable. An insurance company hides? Vanishes? Ignores? all calls, emails, in person visits. I thought they’ll have a mobile set up, a card table, any presence to take care of the county damaged so heavily but it took over 2 weeks to get an email saying they’re confused why I’m in touch? There are no words. They don’t deserve to be in business. I’ll be in touch with the NC state insurance oversight agency to report a complete loss of communication for the amount I pay every year on multiple homes & cars, they didn’t help me or even respond in a timely manner Re: Helene. Disgraceful.

They were very helpful, but they could not help me with short term home insurance
