Cara McClellan American Family Insurance

I called this agency for business liability insurance. I received a quote that I was good with. I decided I liked the quote so much, I would move my homes and all my vehicles to her agency once they expired with my current agent. I chose to go ahead and start the commercial insurance by itself. I am so glad I did not move my other properties now that this agency failed to hold up their end of the quote. Because when I received my bill, it was one and a half times what I was quoted. I emailed this agency repeatedly asking for the reason. Responses were very slow and vague or nonexistent. I finally called the agency to get better answers. The girl I was working with was very nice (the only reason for the 2 stars), but she had no answers for me. She said she didn't understand it herself. She
