Update: the owner gets real emotional when you call him out on his horrible company. Absolutely nightmare of a company. The owner is rude, his employees are rude, and they 100% gave my insurance a nonsense report to negatively affect my policy. I couldn’t schedule when they tried to force me to with next to no notice(Christmas week), so we got into condescending phone and email arguments. They told my insurance company i need to fix a “cracked” sidewalk that is not even on my property. And i need to repoint an old brick outbuilding that doesn’t touch living space and no one has access to. As well as add fire escapes on a historical building that has a sprinkler system and passed every local fire codes requirement. No clue how major companies subcontract unprofessional companies like

Wild and aggressive behavior. If you're not cooperating with them on the first date they decided to conduct your house inspection, they will submit to the carrier right away that you're not allowing an inspection and get them to cancel your policy.

Inspector from this company conducted an inspection on my property and reported wildly, and more importantly obviously inaccurate information back to the insurance company that has had a negative impact on myself. One example was reporting to the insurance company that my boiler was over 30 years old, all while on the case of the boiler was a sticker showing it was inspected in the factory and installed 13 years ago. He also falsely reported being inside areas of the home that he did not have or request access to. Gross negligence!
