As a seller I was very disappointed in the services rendered. The buyer hired this firm. I was advised by them I should hire my own attorney. Seeing as they had attorneys handling t he transaction I didn't see a need for it. One day after the closing we discovered we were short $5000. The coordinator's name was Penny. When I told her about the shortage her words to me were "I told you to hire an attorney." Three days later the buyer paid us the $5000. Although we were made whole, it was in, my opinion, unprofessional.
