I have interacted with Canyonlands multiple times over the last few years. Without fail, they have been professional, helpful, and oriented toward solving problems efficiently and smoothly. I have been especially impressed by Ms. Hodges. She is very dependable and trustworthy. Her problem solving skills are top notch!

I would strongly advise against using Canyon Lands Insurance and broker Kailey Stephenson. I live in a townhouse, yet I recently discovered that Kailey had been overcharging me nearly $1,000 annually by setting up my policy as if I lived in a single-family home. This is a major oversight that has cost me thousands over the years. When I realized this issue, I immediately emailed Kailey requesting reimbursement for what I consider to be fraudulent activity—charging for coverage I never needed. I have followed up multiple times, yet my messages have been completely ignored. No response, no accountability, no effort to correct their mistake. If this is how they handle their clients—overcharging them and then refusing to take responsibility—then I cannot recommend this agency to anyone. Bewa

I have only had positive experiences with Canyon Lands Insurance. My landlord has been extremely difficult to deal with, but Mykel is consistently kind and professional with all the help he's given me while trying to get my insurance policy corrected. I have received incredible help picking what policies are right for me, and fast service!

This insurance agency is the worst I've ever dealt with. They never answer calls, emails, or messages, and they even overcharge me without refunding the extra money. To make matters worse, I have to physically visit the agency for any assistance, but they are located all the way in California.

When I'm ready to renew my policy they always have done the work for me to shop for the best Insurance rates , really saves me time and the hassles of other Ins companies. I've been with the Company 2 + yrs. and always been satisfied with the customer service and them trying to give me the best rate out there. I've recommended them to family and friends and they've been satisfied with the company's service.
