Canopy Insurance Agency

I don’t think this is a business anymore. I emailed months ago when I got the notice that my current homeowners insurance was not being renewed. I’m now a month away from the end of my current policy and still can’t get an answer. They have been my agency almost from the time I bought my house. Now it’s crickets. Must have missed the announcement that they went out of business. Any suggestions for a new company?

Canopy is an amazing company! The whole office is and always has been professional, thorough and responsive. We have business and personal accounts that have all been handled with our best interest in mind. Additionally, they have been a wonderful support in our Port St. John community. This is a company that cares for their clients, for Port St. John and our community. I highly recommend them.

We have been personally paying homeowner's insurance for just under 30 years and we just had our first major claim. We were not sure how it would go, since the insurance industry has changed so much over the years. But one thing was certain, and as we expected, our insurance agent was there from the begining to the end. Tammy and her team handled our claim with expediency professionalism and the integrity we have experienced as her client these many years. I am not going to tell you how the claim turned out, because that was between us and our underwriter, but I will say that we were so glad when the time came for us to make a claim that we had Canopy as our insurance agent guiding us and directing us through the process.
