My wife and I were buying a new car and called Candice's State Farm office about insurance needs for our vehicle. The person that answered the phone not only answered our questions, but also offered to stay late if we needed them to, and called before he left to make sure I had everything I needed and again offered to stay if I needed them to. I have had my insurance through this State Farm office since my first car almost 50 years ago. When State Farm wanted to switch my policy to another office a few months ago I said I am keeping it right here because of the great customer service and hometown feel.
