I’ve been with this agency over 20 years. Erie is raising our premium yet again, $100 a month more over 2 years!! I called Campbell and Associates to cancel my auto plan but to keep home and life for now for I will need to look elsewhere. Ashely answered and stated “well, your home premium will just go up” I explained I understand but will figure that out later. She just said “ok” real snotty and hung up without offering to look at Progressive or Grange. Ashley maybe needs to learn customer service skills. I’m not giving one star because I’ve dealt with Cindy in the past and she’s great. The way I was talked to the other day makes me want to find another agent though.

Been with the agency for over 17 years and had no issues until this year. Filed a claim because of tornado damage to our home. Erie Insurance thought that having mismatched siding was a way of repairing our home. We asked Campbell to help fight for us and was made to feel like a "criminal" because we didn't want to settle with mismatched siding. The straw that broke the camel's back was when a forwarded email from an agent in their business had a comment from the president's email stating "he is the one with the home claim that was trying to rip off Erie" about me as customer. The only thing we wanted was to have our home repaired back to a condition that it was like before the storm damage. After 17 plus years with this company and made to feel like I did something wrong by filing a claim

Cindy at Campbells and Associates was very helpful in finding us a cheaper HOI and making the transition as smooth as possible.
