Very friendly from the secretary to the agent. The agent was extremely knowledgeable, he explained different types of coverage in detail, and informed us well so we could make the best informed decision. He did comparisons and looked to find best possible coverage for our home, autos, and camper, sun's. I would highly recommend them. They take their time with each person to make sure you are getting the best deal possible!
I can only sing praises for Robert Hood as my agent. He is super helpful and patient...no question goes unanswered, and in a professional manner. I viewed the webinar from the agency before my 65th birthday and then had a call with Robert.
