Camargo did a terrific job getting my historic house insured for a large replacement value (it had museum interiors) giving me great peace of mind.. I have since sold that house, and my current needs (apt and car insurance) are now covered by Camargo as well. Their staff has all been great to work with!!!

My experience with this insurance company was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Although I did eventually receive a callback, for months no one made a genuine effort to help me or move my request forward. I spoke with multiple representatives who repeatedly said they would follow up, but nothing was ever resolved. In particular, one older gentleman I dealt with was especially unhelpful. I felt misled by the information I was given and left with the impression that my time and concerns were not taken seriously. Despite numerous calls and attempts on my end, I never received proper assistance or a clear resolution. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
