James Sabin and Pax save the day! I had insurance through another agency that dropped the ball TWICE and did not bind. I found out while trying to refinance my house. At the time I needed insurance, it was hard to get due to possible fire danger. I called James and he got one of his best on the case for me. Not only did Pax get me coverage when my old insurance company couldn't, she saved me money! Amazing customer service in a real time of need. Thank you James, Pax and WAFED!

They are unfriendly, have a "take it or leave it" attitude. It is upsetting to them if you have a few questions about insurance/coverage. It seems like they don't want your business. The only reason I gave them 2 stars because they managed to work up a quote.

Was hung up on and denied service without even reviewing any of my information. When I called back after being hung up on I was screamed at. Worst service I've ever witnessed. Would not recommend.

it's an insurance company, what can you say...they have been pretty good by me, my old agent who retired was just incredible, but my new agent is..well does about the minimum needed, when asked a question about something, she does the minimum work required always just doing the basic amount of research needed for answering my questions..what takes the least amount of effort if she answers and gets back to you at all, but the companies the provide are pretty good...no real problem, just sort of frustration on my part, due to lack of or incomplete answers..wish my old agent was back....have thought of changing companies but just enough is done to that i hang in hoping things get better...maybe i will investigate other agencies, as my biannual premium is coming due in the next couple of mont
