I have worked with many insurance providers, Caldwell in Evergreen is at the bottom of my list – I have been with American for 14 years. The previous agent was fantastic. With Caldwell return phone calls are a problem, when I do speak with Bryan (I called him) he seems uninterested, not very knowledgeable about your policy and their attention to details is certainly lacking. Attention to detail? – they renewed my homeowners insurance for 2024 and it went up considerably (of course) but, they quoted my house at 59 square feet. That is correct 59 sf. My car insurance has nearly doubled for liability insurance. I drive 11 minutes each way to work, no tickets and no accidents. How can you justify this? Inflation.....I don't think so. Because rate increases per state....I don't think so.
